A 52-year old female with chronic cholecystitis was posted for laparoscopic cholecystectomy. All baseline investigations and pre anaesthetic assessment were within normal limits. After induction of anaesthesia airway was secured with a 7.5 mm ID cuffed ETT and bilateral air entry was confirmed. Trendelenburg positioning was done and surgery was started.
